Biography
Isis Yasmeen has dreamt of being an Opera Singer from a
very uniquely young age. She has been singing for 15 years,
had Opera vocal lessons for 7, and has been in 6 productions
with Opera Columbus. Starting off with this music style
has made Isis Yasmeen very confident with trying new
styles and combinations with her voice.
Although Classical music was her main focus,
she found a new love for R&B. She now writes her
own songs, and is mainly focusing on that genre.
Isis is very proud of her accomplishments, some of which
include: meeting the State’s criteria for being a gifted student
in music, winning 1st place in the OMEA every year, and
being invited by the City of Delaware to sing the National
Anthem solo at the Ohio Bicentennial Celebration.
Working in the music industry has introduced her to other
opportunities including modeling and fashion design.
She has recently been featured walking in 3 fashion shows,
worked with many different photographers and has actually
showcased her own fashions in one of the shows.
Isis Yasmeen’s interesting ethnic background of Egyptian
and African American has opened her eyes to many cultures
and has made her a very opened-minded person. She
loves to travel and learn about different cultures. Isis is
currently working in the studio, creating new songs
for upcoming projects.
