Biography
Solo Artist - Singer/songwriter
I perform all vocals, acoustic and electric guitars, and keyboards featured in my songs. And a MIDI interface keyboard is used to generate the bass and drums tracks.
Even though promoting and recording my music is a part time endeavor at this point, I am still serious about persuing musical endeavors and getting exposure for my songs. I would also entertain the idea of collaborating with other musicians if the opportunity presented itself at some point in the future.
It's hard to say exactly which other artists that my music sounds like. I have many influences such as John Lennon, Coldplay, Neil Young, Green Day, and Led Zeppelin, but I like to think that my music is unique. The songs are a varied mix of different types of musical arrangements, but still within the realm of alternative rock or folk rock. Some songs are acoustic songs, which is how I have performed them in front of people since I can only play one instrument at a time. Other songs start out mellow, then build up along the way, adding more instrumental tracks and increasing the intensity of the vocals as the song progresses. And there are a few songs that are just plain hard rock from start to finish.
Since many of my songs start out light and build up in intensity along the way, I would like to please ask the listener to listen to each particular song all the way through before making any judgements about the song. However, barring that, and I know that we're all busy these days, at least please skip ahead a couple of minutes and see if the song has taken on more flavor. Then maybe jump to the end to see how the song ends. But of course the preference would be to listen to the song all the way through from start to finish since a 30 second snippet might not tell the entire story.
