Biography What it do, i'm the one your looking for, Wheels McNeail of the Tri-State Hood Legends. I'm a 30 Yr. old opportunist with a revolving door policy. I reside in A2 by way of tha "D". I'm 5'8" 155pds and still growing. I love to write but to perform is my duty. Suckers wanna battle me like it's WWII, except that it cost too much to go to war in this economy. Don't get the wrong idea though, we are soldiers of fortune and we only fight for what we believe. Rap is the genre accompanied by R&B and Hip Rock. I'm well seasoned in the arts so I know my way around the platform. Thats wassup.
